When you book with us:You get an electronic confirmation (voucher) via email of the service reserved and a receipt of your payment. It has all the information you will need.
The name of the person that processed your reservation can be found on your voucher, as all online reservations are human processed.
You may change your reservation at no additional cost based upon availability.
All emails received are replied within the same day during regular business hours.
Cancellations and refunds are processed in one business day.
Need to change or cancel your reservation?
Please send us an e-mail with your reservation number (no fee to change reservation - UD$15 to cancel). All changes and cancellations must be put in writing via e-mail.
